Class 9 supply information 2025 – Dates, Registration & Updates

If a student fails in one or more subjects, supplementary exams are held 40 to 60 days after the result. This gives students a chance to clear the failed subjects without wasting the whole academic year. In this way, the student can be promoted to the next class in the same year.

Supplementary exams provide students with an extra opportunity to pass the subjects they failed in the 9th class annual exams 2025, instead of losing an entire year.

Eligibility criteria for appearing in class 9^th supplementary exams

Only those students who appeared in the 9th class examination 2025 are eligible.
Students who failed in one or more subjects.
Students must fill out the supplementary registration form and submit the required fee on time in order to appear in the supplementary exams 2025.

Note: If you have never appeared in the 9th class examination, then you are not allowed to take these exams.

Step by Step process

Register online through your relevant BISE Board website (Gujranwala, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, etc.).
Get the registration form from the information/download section.
Submit the required fee in the bank or via online challan.
Make sure to complete the registration before the closing date (late submissions will not be accepted).

Exams schedule 2025 for 9^th class

According to the latest update, the 9th class supplementary exams will begin in the second week of October.
The authorized schedule will be uploaded on the website of each board.
After registration, roll number slips will also be made available.
